Little Boots!

I first heard about Little Boots when I was watching tv and her video for 'New in Town' popped up, it caught my attention because of the gorgeous blue sequined dress she is wearing in it! I love her music as well as her fashion sense, I like the way that she isn't afraid to try something different and experiments with colours and textures and fabrics.

Rock Inspired Chic

We were given a project to do in groups where we have to research a designer, the brand ethos, target market, aspirations and inspirations. The designer we are researching is Rick Owens and to be honest I hadn't really seen much of his work before researching about it. I have found it really interesting to look at a designer that I probably wouldn't have looked at before, his clothes are rock inspired chic and generally consists of black, white and greys combined with different fabrics such as thin chiffons and distressed leather.
